Passion Project Challenge Launch Guarantee Terms

Effective Date: August 30, 2026

The Seretii Passion Project Challenge (“Program”) is designed to help students develop and launch a passion project during the four-week Program period.

We believe students who actively participate and complete the required work should be able to launch a real project. For that reason, eligible participants are protected by the Seretii Launch Guarantee.

1. What the Launch Guarantee Means

If a participant satisfies all eligibility requirements below but does not launch an eligible passion project by the conclusion of the four-week Program, the purchaser may request a refund of the tuition paid for the Program.

The Launch Guarantee is not a guarantee of any particular project outcome, level of impact, audience size, revenue, recognition, college admission, scholarship, award, or other result.

2. Requirements to Qualify

To qualify for the Launch Guarantee, the participant must:

  • Complete all required weekly Program milestones by their stated deadlines;

  • Complete the required asynchronous lessons and assignments;

  • Attend required live sessions when designated as mandatory, or complete the approved asynchronous alternative when one is available;

  • Submit required project work and progress updates;

  • Make reasonable, good-faith efforts to implement feedback provided during the Program;

  • Complete any required real-world validation or outreach attempts relevant to their project;

  • Submit the final project and required proof of launch by the Program deadline; and

  • Participate honestly and in good faith throughout the Program.

Missing or substantially incomplete required work may make the participant ineligible for the Launch Guarantee.

3. What Counts as “Launching”

A project is considered launched when the participant has created and released, conducted, distributed, published, presented, tested, or otherwise made available a meaningful first version of the project to its intended audience or real-world participants.

Because passion projects take many forms, a launch may include, for example, publishing a website or resource, releasing content, conducting research or interviews, running an event or initiative, testing a prototype, launching a product or service, beginning a campaign, or putting another substantive project into action.

A project does not need to achieve a particular number of users, followers, customers, participants, views, dollars raised, or other metric to qualify as launched.

4. Requesting a Refund

An eligible refund request must be submitted by the purchaser or participant's parent/legal guardian to studyforyoubestie@gmail.com within 7 calendar days after the official end date of the Program.

The request must include:

  • Participant's full name;

  • Purchaser's name and email address;

  • A statement requesting a refund under the Seretii Launch Guarantee; and

  • Any information reasonably requested by Seretii to confirm completion of the eligibility requirements.

Seretii may review Program records, milestone submissions, attendance, assignments, and other relevant participation records to determine eligibility.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval, subject to payment processor timelines.

5. All Other Sales Are Final

Except for refunds expressly available under the Launch Guarantee or refunds required by applicable law, all Program purchases are final and non-refundable.

Choosing not to participate, changing your mind, scheduling conflicts, failure to complete the Program, dissatisfaction unrelated to Seretii's delivery of the Program, or failure to achieve a particular desired result does not independently qualify for a refund.

6. Good-Faith Requirement

The Launch Guarantee exists to protect students who genuinely participate in the Program and make a reasonable effort to launch their project.

Seretii reserves the right to deny a Launch Guarantee claim involving fraud, misrepresentation, falsified participation, intentional failure to complete requirements, abuse of the guarantee, or other bad-faith conduct.

7. No Admissions or Outcome Guarantee

Participation in the Program does not guarantee admission to any college or university or any particular academic, financial, professional, or extracurricular result.

The Launch Guarantee applies only to the completion and launch of an eligible passion project under these terms.
